Returns & refund policy

Every NEEV piece is made in limited quantities, often from deadstock fabric that cannot be reordered. We ask you to choose carefully, and we're happy to help with sizing before you order: write to hello@neevparis.com.

Your right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. For an order delivered in several parts, the 14 days start from receipt of the last piece.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to hello@neevparis.com, including your order number, or use the withdrawal form at the bottom of this policy. You must then return the piece within 14 days of informing us.

Condition of returned pieces

Pieces must be returned unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all labels attached, in their original packaging. You may try a piece on as you would in a shop. Any loss of value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature and fit (wear, marks, perfume, alterations, removed labels) will be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend a tracked and insured service, as the piece remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds

We refund the price of the piece and the standard delivery costs paid for the order within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may delay the refund until we have received the piece back, or until you have provided proof that it was sent, whichever comes first. The refund is made by the same payment method you used, at no extra cost. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery, the difference is not refunded.

If you prefer, we can offer you store credit instead. This is always your choice.

Final sale: made-to-measure and personalised pieces

Pieces made to your own measurements, or personalised at your request (custom length, monogram, special fabric), are made only for you. In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, they cannot be returned or refunded under the right of withdrawal. This will always be stated clearly before you order.

Cancelling a made-to-order piece before it ships

You may cancel a made-to-order piece by email before it is dispatched. If production has not yet started, you are refunded in full. If production has started, your right of withdrawal still applies once you receive it.

Faulty or incorrect pieces

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or is not the one you ordered, contact us within 30 days with photos. We will repair, replace or refund it, and cover the return shipping. This does not affect your legal guarantees described in our Terms of sale.
