1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of neevparis.com and of any service NEEV Paris offers online, including through third-party platforms such as social networks, marketplaces and AI shopping assistants. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Purchases are also governed by our Terms of sale, Returns & refund policy and Shipping policy. If these documents conflict on a purchase, the Terms of sale prevail.

3. Using the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site only for lawful, personal purposes.

4. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us at once at hello@neevparis.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend an account used in breach of these terms.

5. Products and information

We describe our pieces as accurately as possible. Colours, textures and proportions may appear slightly differently depending on your screen. Natural materials and handwork mean small variations between pieces. We may correct errors, update information and change or withdraw products at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

6. Orders through other platforms

Our products may be shown or sold through third-party platforms, including AI assistants and shopping channels. When you buy from NEEV Paris through such a platform, your purchase is governed by our Terms of sale and policies, and the platform's own terms apply to your use of that platform. We are not responsible for how those platforms describe, rank or display our products.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including designs, garments, patterns, photographs, videos, texts, the NEEV name and logos, belongs to NEEV Paris or its partners and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission. Reproducing NEEV designs is prohibited.

8. Your content

If you send us content (reviews, photos, messages, ideas), you confirm you have the right to share it and that it is lawful. You grant NEEV Paris a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and publish it in connection with the brand, for as long as the rights last. We will always ask before publishing a photo in which you can be recognised. Ideas and suggestions you send may be used freely, without any obligation to you.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not: use the site for fraud or any unlawful purpose; attempt to access parts of the site or our systems without permission; introduce viruses or harmful code; scrape, copy or collect content or data from the site by automated means, except for search engines and AI services indexing public pages; resell our products commercially without our written agreement; or impersonate another person.

10. Links and third-party services

The site may link to third-party websites and use third-party services, such as payment providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms apply.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available and accurate but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or close the site, and update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on the site when you use it.

12. Liability

We are liable for direct damage caused by a breach of our obligations. We are not liable for indirect damage, for losses caused by your misuse of the site, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including the legal guarantees described in our Terms of sale, or our liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury.

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

14. Termination

We may refuse access to the site or cancel an account if these terms are seriously breached. Sections 7, 8, 12 and 15 continue to apply afterwards.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence. Please contact us first at hello@neevparis.com to resolve any issue; you may also refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator named in our Terms of sale. Otherwise, disputes are brought before the competent courts under the applicable rules.
